ePSXe graphic error, frozen image on screen

Hello! I'm using the emulator epsxe 1.7.0 with Pete's plugin OpenGL2 Driver 2.8 (the latest) and I'm actually finding an error when I play. I'm playing the game Alone in the dark the new nightmare. And a mistake that happens in one part of the game appears on the front and an image is frozen. Virtually impossible to see me play.
What was actually this error?

You can try using different graphics plugins, or you could use pSX, which doesn't have a plugin system to tweak with, but is very compatible. If you need pSX, you can find it on our download page.

Works perfect this emulator PSX.
Strange because the epsxe is popular than psx and this error sounds too critical as I see. Thanks!

You can try the Direct3D version instead of the OpenGL one.
