ff9 issues

ok i finally got the emulator to work (after 3 days) i started playing ff9 from an iso and everything works accept the battle system the works but no menus show up i get the main menu outside of battle i can do everything but see the menu while in battle (where you select attack item that kind of stuff) i also cant see the atb gauges is there a file i need or something im missing? where do i go from here

What it might be is that you are using a video plugin that isnt compatible with the game. You might want to try an emulator called pSX, it is very easy to set up and highly compatible.

thanks man i had to go threw 5 plug ins but i found one that works
