Issue linking VBA over LAN [Error 11004]

A friend and I are trying to link VisualBoy Advance games, both using version 1.7.2
We both have our save settings as Flash/128k and LAN set to 2 players. The vbaserver.exe gives an IP, the second players tries to Connect with it, and the following error pops up:
"An error occured, please try again.
Error code 11004"

Same thing occurs when trying to use a LogMeIn Hamachi server for the connection.

It should be noted that my friend and I are both connected to the same wireless internet, in case that's the issue.


Any advice for troubleshooting this issue?

that is not a emulator problem.Maybe the lan cable is broken,or it could be a socket error on the other pc.
