Thanks. Got that and have now started to play around game with keyboard.

Now I'm trying to get gamepad to work but it doesn't seem to work at all, only keyboard does. Am I missing something??

If anyone knows of a guide to setting up a gamepad and getting it to play with nintendo 64 games on pc, I would be glad.

    Thanks

First of all, what gamepad are you using? It can't be wireless.

Once it is plugged in, go to the control panel and view your devices. This is just to make sure the computer reads it.

Then, go to options > input/controller plugin configuration (make sure your computer reads the controller before you open the emulator). Your gamepad should be an option under devices.

Gamepad is Saitek P380 dual analog plugged into usb port (not wireless).

It appears in devices and it is calibrated/tested in device settings. No problem.

After that I open emulator but gamepad buttons do not work in game??

So you're able to configure it with the plugin but it doesn't work in-game? That's.. odd. Try a different plugin.
