Help with Putting Emulators on Mobile Devices

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but, oh well. I would really like to put an emulator and some roms on my Droid 3 but I've been having trouble. If someone can please give me a step by step guide on how to do this or to direct me to one that would be a huge help. I would like to use just like either a Snes emulator or GBA one. I have a 2 GB sd card. Thanks in advance.

Don't you have to first put files in Boot drive? After that put the games in specific folder. There is always readme!
