My Emulator has a Black screen with the Controller in upper right corner...

Hello, I'm new here and I'm having a problem with my ePSXe Emulator. The problem is that I'm pretty sure that I followed the instructions correct but when I put in my FF7.ISO then click ok, the screen turns Black and in the upper right corner is a white squared box showing a PS1 controller that says Standard under the Controller and it stays like that and does nothing else lol. Could I have done something wrong or something?.

I found a solution to my problem, I got a torrent of it that came with everything. The only thing missing are the games and I found those too, a crap load of them......If you would like to know how you can do this also you'll have to PM me,I don't want to get in trouble for saying something I'm not supposed to lol....can't wait to play MGS4...........
