Will first I would say is Yes you can run it, second try this plugins.

    Low Grade
    GS - GSdx (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.7 [GSdx]
    SPU2 - SPU2-X 1.1.0 [SPU2-X-1.1]

    High Grade
    GS - ZeroGS 0.97.1 [ZeroGS]
    SPU2 - ZeroSPU2 0.4.6 [ZeroSPU2_v0.4.6]

    Your Grade
Advice - Play with the Settings, if it crashes try something else, if it won't let you change the settings "Gut the Nerd"...I mean Go to inis > Delete PCSX2_vm.ini and then try a different setting, backup your PCSX2_vm.ini and try different settings.

Complement - Your Computer [Expecially your NVIDIA graphic card with 4.1 Pixel Shader] use the best settings possible, in fact hunt down the best plugins you can find and crank the GS & SPU2 all the way up.

If your getting a Blackscreen, Change the GS Renderer from Software to Hardware or Hardware to Software.

    Do you flash or EMULATE?
I could help with DS, PS2, etc Emulators and a Link for updating Flashcards.

Sorry Seriously wrong Info. Please Click this Link in order to find the proper GS Plugins to use.

I though ZeroGS was high end because it ran slow on my First Laptop assuming it required better hardware...that was the old me.
