Help please.... have a problem with my SNES emulator.

I downloaded a sort of pack of 700+ SNES Emulators which also included a ROM, Zsnew. Whenever I use a save state in a game, shut off the game, and later try to load the state, it says "unable to load save state 0". How can I fix this?

Try saving for each game in separate folders. Good chance you're files are being overwritten by other games using the same slots.

The games are all separate folders inside of the ROMs folder (that's how it was when I downloaded it). The folders are compressed, however. Would it help if I got WinZip or something else and decompressed the folders?

You need to uncompress/extract all the data before attempting to save anything on it.
