no$gba on low end pc

Hi everyone.I have a low end PC
This is the PC's config
AMD Sempron 2400 1.7 ghz
NVidia geforce TI4 AGPX8
2 GB ram Kingston (2x1 GB)
C-Media HD sound card
OS:
Windows XP SP3 Professional
(Genuine)

No$gba works super with me.
on almost every rom i get 75% - 100% emulation speed.
Turn on the options below to get the wished effect:
LCD refresh rate(the best options for low end computers):
unlimited MHz disaster 50% (The frames will be better,sound will be a bit choppy)
Unlimited MHz disaster 10% (The sound will be great,but the frames will be skipped)
Video output mode:
24 bit true color
3D renderer:
Nocash (it emulates software 3D)
GBA mode (counts with ds mode)
VGA (Poppy bright)
Sound output:
Digital mono
Sound desired sample rate:
Enable 22 KHz it sounds good and works fast
