Pokemon FireRed, GSSP code formatting

Okay, so here's my problem. I'm after a specific code (set play time to 999:99) and the only version I can find of this is for the Gameshark SP. It won't work, and I've tried it in combination with various other codes, in the codebreaker slot, etc. It seems like it just won't work.
I found a code to set the time to 0:01 for the action replay, and that works perfectly, but unfortunately there is no opposite to that... (I spent 2 hours googling. I never found one.) So what I'm asking here is can somebody help me make the gameshark code work, or convert that low game time code to a max game time code. Codes will follow. (Can't post links yet.)

I've already tried that, though I tried it again just for fun. Still nothing. I've been leaving the game on 24/7 at 400% speed (Without processing sound.) and that seems to be an easy work around. No ill side effects detected and nearing 500 hours. Thank you for trying yo help though.
