    Default Nintendo 3DS

    Obviously, there is no working PC emulator out for it, yet, though its only a matter of time.

    I am curious about the R4 for 3DS, I've seen ads, but nothing legitimate. Is there a rom packer for 3DS yet?

    I don't think that there wont be any PC emulator for it by now.
