Save games from Gameboid (Android GBA Emulator) to Visual Boy Adv. GBA Emulator (PC)?

Hi,
I started to play Pokemon Emerald and after I progressed a lot on my Android smartphone, I decided myself to play it on PC. But Visual Boy Advanced can't load the save files from Gameboid. I don't know really how to do.
The Gameboid save files are: Pokemon Emerald.sav, Pokemon Emerald.rc. , Pokemon Emerald.ss1, and Pokemon Emerald.ss1.rc . The Visual Boy Advanced save files are like this:
Pokemon Emerald1.sgm. Please help.

trying to do the same so I can go back/forth from my phone to my windows tablet. I am about to try and run android x86 on windows and use dropbox for my save files to access from both devices. If you find a better way pls do tell.
