The only emulator that can do big screen is no$gameboy And you you have to use no$zoomer to do it.
Original, the only way to play.

No$zoomer sometimes causes lags. So If u want to run No$gba at full screen.
    1) Right click on No$gba icon
    2) Select "COMPATIBILITY" tab and tick "Run in 640 x 480 resolution"
    3) Click OK and then start no$gba.

I don't know your OS or if you know about your Screen Resolution, because before I discovered NO$Zoomer this is what I would do...and when I told some other person, there were like WHOAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Okay For Operating System Windows XP
Right-Click Desktop/Background > Properties > Click "Settings" > Under "Screen Resolution" pull The Slider to your Left to 640x480, but go to a higher one than that > Click "Apply" to see what it looks like > Click Okay

    For Operating System Windows 7
Right-Click Desktop/Background > Click "Screen Resolution" > Beside "Resolution" > Click the "Numbers x Numbers" and change to a Lower Number x Low Number > Click Okay

    Do you flash or EMULATE?
I could help with DS, PS2, etc Emulators and a Link for updating Flashcards.

I use MyZoom with NO$GBA. Works great and no lag on my PC. Lot of great games to emu on DS.
