Thread: asus eee for emulating

    Default asus eee for emulating

I need a small pc like an asus eee for emulation. I don't want to run wii. But could an asus eee run ps2 or gamecube games? Or can it max run n64 games, or not even that?

Or is the NVIDIA? ION? or ATOM CPU not good enough for emulation of 3d games?

You will find Atom plenty fast enough to run max N64 and Playstation, but as far as Gamecube and PS2 you are a bit out of luck.

As above. The little netbook and notebook PC's don't have sufficient beans to run last gen emulation. Anything prior to that should be OK although emulators that use DX based plug-ins or advanced graphic features (like Pixel Shader 3.0) may also struggle dependent on the graphic chip.
Should run any and all console emulators for up to the 16 bit gen with no issues at all.
