How do I turn on Neogeo Blood in Winkawaks 1.61??

I'm using the latest WinKawaks

I see there is a debug DIP switch option but the DIP switches aren't labeled. I found a guide to Metal Slug 3's Debug DIP switches but none of them enable blood. Changing the game from the US to Japan does nothing. Changing the game from Arcade to Console doesn't enable it either. I've read in older version of Kawaks F11 would bring up Blood options but it doesn't in 1.61.

How do I do it?

Alas, I'm a noob. F11 wasn't working because I had Winkawaks set to console instead of arcade.
