Do you know the iso is any good? epsxe comes with a wizard. Follow it to set up your plugins and then load the iso.
Original, the only way to play.

I use Alcohol 120%, seems to recognise the most ISO, IMG, BIN, CUE etc. Also has a good playstation 1 and 2 burning option to get past copyright and hidden tracks and stuff.

Are the Files .Iso or .zip? i have a dozen friend who couldn't work out they needed to unzip before they could use the isos. it can run .cue files aswell
ANother thing every newcomer seems to try is double clicking the iso, you need to open it from epsxe, File/Run Iso then find your .iso file in explorer.
What Plugins have you got set up?

The Link to How to get a ePSXe working on windows 7

    Plugin:
    Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.77
    Settings:
    Do you flash or EMULATE?
I could help with DS, PS2, etc Emulators and a Link for updating Flashcards.
