going from disc one to disc two

been emulating nintendo games for last two years bout to start playing ff7 on epsxe jus wondering what to do when i get to the end of disc one how to save my games all of that

There is an option that allowed you to swap the disc/ISO while you are playing. Just click on File>Change CD. Then click on OK button once you change the disc.
