Default Problem with PS Controler Compatibility

Hey guys! Just today I bought a PS controler jack to usb product. It seemed to be working perfectly and I don't believe this issue has anything to do with the product itself. I was able to configure everything just fine in ePSXe, but I keep getting these random little bugs (which I'll elaboarte on in a second). These could be minor bugs that just comes with software like this, but if there is something that can fix it please let me know!

Ok, I'm playing FF7 on the newest update of ePSXe. I'm using a PS controller (not PS2, just to clariffy lol) and haven't had any complications with any buttons other then the down arrow. Sometimes, it will act as the "circle" button instead of going backwards or it will even cause Cloud to start running randomly. I've tried rebooting the software, double checking the config and all that. This is a link to the product, though I doubt it caused any issues.

Just let me know if you need further information! I tried to include all that I thought was relevant here!

Only two ways to fix this, 1. Try and see if you can get a new one, with no cost. Because judging by what you wrote you got it online. "Am I Correct!?" Usually gettin' things from the net isn't all good even if new. 2. Is take apart the controller and clean all the inside's "EVEN THE GRAY TIPS" leave the chipborad alone and make sure you move around to where wires "WONT" pull out.

Well hope this helped you. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
