dolphin issues

im running a laptop with these specs:
dell xps m1530
32-bit vista
intel core 2 duo cpu t5850 @ 2.16GHz 2.17GHz
4 gb ram
GeForce 8600M GT

i can run dolphin fine it opens and displays my rom list but when i try to run a rom i get 2 errors
1) Can't init and PAD plugins

2) Couldn't int the core. Check your configuration


please if anyone can help me i could really use it this is my only emulator i cant get to work and i really want to use it

go to configure and select the plugins

i have the plugins enabled and does anyone one know where get the pad plugins
