I cannot get any new emulators to work

I tried to download an N64 emulator called Project 64 and in the downloading process it says "windows installer could not be accessed, this can occur when if the windows installer is not correctly installed, contact your local service personal for assistance" ???? I don't get it.

Then I tried to get Nemu64 to work and it said the application has failed to start because "kailleraclient.dll was not found, re-installing the application may fix this problem" ???? ok

Why am I having problem installing/ getting these things to work, someone please help me.

The installer problem is an os issue. Its actually quite common. Sorry there is no simple fix, and here is not the place to ask.

kailleraclient.dll is just a dll you need to put in the folder. The emulator is expecting it to be there. If you search on google you will find it.
