i download the v.09 of The Psp Emulator

ive made

a file in C:/Program Files/Pspe

Which contains Pspe.exe, SDL.Dll, Menu.png and a file calles ms0

ms0/PSP/GAME

Has my games i wanna play in it

but everytime i try and run the Pspe.exe, it doesnt load

any help ????
