Well the Sega CD was an add-on and later an integrated unit for the Genesis, so since they are essentially the same machine, its really a question of what games you liked best. There were a lot more released for the Genesis than the SegaCD add on and a lot of those were experimental FMV heavy titles which led to it being a commercial failure. However it does have games like SonicCD and updated versions of Earthworm Jim, Dungeon Master II, etc which were pretty good.

Sega CD emulates awesome. The ISOs are much larger than the ROMs for Genesis, only caveat. Sega CD is Genesis with better sound and movies.

I have played the Sega games a lot and i always prefer Sega Genesis in the comparison of Sega Cd because of its smooth and reliable working.
