Default Final Fantasy 7 on Mac (Completely new to Emulation)

I'm interested in playing FF7 again. I have a Macbook Pro running OSX. 2 gigs of ram. Shit ton of hard drive space.

Thing is, I know absolutely nothing about emulation. I don't know what programs I need. I don't understand the settings. I don't understand what files the games need.

So what I'm wondering how can I play this wonderful game on my Mac?

Dual booting is an option, albeit one I'd rather avoid using Parallel Desktops. Ultimately I obviously wanna run it straight thru OSX if thats possible.

Just keep in mind I know nothing about emulation...

    EDIT:

I'm using Crossover to install and use ePSXe. Now what?

EDIT 2: Can't install ePSXe with Crossover for whatever reason...I don't understand....
