    "Can Edit Own Blog Entries" is set to yes so you should be able to edit it. As for moderators they pretty much have full access to them regardless of weather they are their own blogs or of other people.

    Well my problem is not really I cant edit, its how can I? There is no edit button?

    Just move your mouse cursor to the empty spot next to the TITLE of the blog entry and a small pen icon will appear. Use that!
