CANT get castlevania sotn working on ePSXe

I have the ISO bin file of the game but when i go to load it all i get is a black screen. I'm using peops software video plugin.
Plugin: P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.1.18
Author: Pete Bernert and the P.E.Op.S. team

Resolution/Color:
- 800x600 Fullscreen - [32 Bit]
Stretch mode: 2
Dither mode: 0

Framerate:
- FPS limit: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

Misc:
- Scanlines: double blitting
- Game fixes: on [00000001]
Any help would be great.

Nevermind just find out it does not work with v1.7
