Thread: planning to get a pocket NES/SNES/SegaMegadrive emulator device

Question planning to get a pocket NES/SNES/SegaMegadrive emulator device

hello, I'm a fan of retro gaming. I tried playing retro games on my sister's PSP but my fingers will get awfully tired and painful after a short while. (but not tired with NES/SNES/Sega classic controller).

so I'm thinking of getting something lighter, more ergonomic. I've read about the Dingoo A320, but heard problems about "varying performance" of its built-in emulators, and also problems with its SegaMegadrive emulator? Or should I just get the Nintendo DS lite/DSi ? so what's the best overall pocket console for playing those retro games ?

    must have these features
    1) ability to save games
    2) at least 3 buttons
    3) light and ergonomic
    4) reliable hardware construction

    any advice/help greatly appreciated

Try the mini netbooks with the intel atom cpu, they cost around $300 and the emulators can play those old games flawlessly(and even PJ64 with the lowest settings on), and lastly, you can use usb-controllers with it.
