I need help with this emulation PKMN Coloessum.

I am trying to play pokemon coloessum and everytime i start i get the following messages:

Error loading Plugins/Plugin_DSP_HLE.dll: can't find file

Can't init DSP Plugin

Couldn't init the core.
Check your configuration.

I am a noob and know nothing about this and am using dolphin SVN 4525.
Can someone please help me or provide a link known to work and intructions how to get it to run pokemon coloesseum.
