Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41 won't sync in ePSXe

I've played with the options every way I know to in the plugin and the sound will not sync to the game at all, either in cut scenes or in game. Can anyone help with this? Has anyone figured out how to get around this? This plugin has the best quality of all of them and I would really like it to work. Thx everybody.

Okay, I improved the compatibility slightly but the music tracks are still playing too fast. Any tips anyone? thx all
