OK, we need to know your system specs: OS version, RAM, CPU, video, sound, etc...

Without knowing what your system specs are, I would guess that your system is too slow to run ePSXe right. Might try the P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver GPU plugin, that seems to help with slower systems.
