ok for Visual Boy Advanced, how do i use game saves?

You mean how to save game or something else?

For saving game, it is kinda easy as you can look for menus from the emulator.

Make sure the save has the same name with the rom.
If you play Mario.gba for example the save's name should be Mario.sav
Also from the emu options you can select import->battery file.
