    Default emulator problem

    Hi it's me agin and i need help.
    I've been tring to run pcsx2 for 3 days now'
    and I did it.
    And it seems like my pc is more than capeable to do that.
    Except , the picture is somewhat blury and vibrating all over the place.
    and sometimes it run too slow or too fast.
    how do I fix it?
