Problems with Mega Man Zero 1 on both NO$GBA and VBA

Title basically says it all. If im using VBA the animation on the main menu works and all but as soon as it is over it just freezes, and i can continue. If on NO$ it wont freeze but when selecting new game the little cutscene in the begging is all screwed up with lines and crap covering the whole window, once into actual gameplay all you can see if your life bar, everything else in black. Iam using Vista but NO$ has never given me any issues. I tried unzipping the file twice and its still doing the same thing, im about to try and get it from another website to see if maybe it was were it came from is the issue, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nvm , must of been where i got it from cause I redownloaded it from Isohunt and it works fine.
