Halo Combat Evolved won't run.

This is what I get when trying to run Halo Combat Evolved.





I've reinstalled the game three times already and I keep getting this error. I've checked if fx.bin is there and it is there in the shaders folder.

I've ran this game with my previous 8600GT card, but now I'm trying to run it with my 9800GT and I get those error messages. I've been googling for NvCplApi and it looks like it's about the NVIDIA Control Panel, but I'm not sure.

I've updated everything, From Service Pack 3 to DirectX and NVIDIA drivers mostly, except .NET Frameworks and Windows update.

EDIT: I just noticed that in Halo error report it shows that I have 2048 MB (2 GB) of memory, but I have 3 GB.
