Frozen Throne - Mercenary Hero

I got into a small argument today with a few friends regarding the best choice of mercenary hero in Warcraft 3.

I tried to support the Brewmaster with his "Storm, Earth, and Fire" ability and the Dark Ranger with the "Black Arrow" but I was on a dead end as nobody else supported any of them.

We did end up on a online fight to solve the issue but still, even though I came second I'm still not sure.


What do you think? Who is the best?

i don't use any of the merc heros =/ sorry can't help you there, btw left do you play wc3:ft online? i do on eastern server

I don't use mercs either; never incorporated them into my play style.

Of the abilities I've played with, though, I tend to like Silence, Cold Arrow, and the beer combo. Cold Arrow in particular, though, since my primary hero's usually the blademaster with Wind Walk.
