SNES9k Problem

Today, SNES9k randomly decided to give me trouble. When I open it, it only shows up if I Maximize it. Otherwise, nothing's on screen except my desktop. I've tried toying with the tab along the bottom of the screen (why can I not think of the correct term/phrase?), but I can't get it to display unless I Right-Click and Maximize, which is annoying with my widescreen monitor.

Sometimes there is a mess up in the .CFG file. You should try deleting it and see what happens and reset your configuration.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's randomly working again. I restarted before, but it was still happening after that restart, and my comp's been on ever since. I have no idea what changed, both to cause AND fix it, but yay.
