Default Problems with my VBA (Gameboy advance) Emulator colors

I am trying to play Pokemon Red (From *****) but the colors are black n white. I got on and figured out that you can change the colors of everything but they apply to EVERYTHING! lol

For example... the water is black and white and the logs are black and red (The second base color I chose)

Is there a way to get the original color setup for it? Where the water is blue, the logs are brown, the caves are brown, and everything pretty much has its own color? I tried to "Use Real Colors" option and it just makes the screen a little darker (Yet it's supposed to be GB Advance > )

Since Pokemon Red is a game for the original Gameboy there is not much to do. Check the available colors here:
