some questions regarding playing games on PCSX2

i have seen PCSX2.net compatibility page that a particular ps2 game runs on a particular version of PCSX2 like PCSX2_0.9.6 or PCSX2_0.9.2 or PCSX2_0.9.4.

my questions are as follows

let say a game is shown green(playable) on PCSX2.net with PCSX2_0.9.2 on compatibility page so can i play this game on a later version of the emulator like PCSX2_0.9.6 or i can only play on the older PCSX2_0.9.2 version?

another question : let say i have 3 different ps2 games and they are supported i mean playable on three different versions PCSX2.

does that mean i have to download and separately configure all three versions of PCSX2?

another thing let say only USA version of a game is playable on PCSX2.so people from other areas outside USA how can they get the USA version of the game ?isn't USA version only available in USA?

lastly how would this system(Celeron 2.53 Ghz,1Gigabyte DDR 2 RAM, Geforce 8600GT 256 megabyte DDR 3 ram) perform in playing ps2 games on PCSX2 emulator?will it be able to play games like burnout 2 or Final Fantasy etc?

Your system specs are good enough, but not for all games and not on full graphics, the best way is to test the emulator with "easy games" first, like 2d games, and if it looks bad, you should maybe upgrade your computer.
