    Okay, you asked for it.

I can play the piano, organ, saxophone (alto, tenor and baritone), sitar, drums, kazoo (liekz EVRY1 xD), violin, banjo, oboe, melodica, accordian, guitar, ukulele (LULZ), sitar, the ruler (yup, it's possible - just put it on the edge of a table or something, pluck it, and move it side to side to change pitch) and the harmonica. I started with the piano back when I was 4, but I discovered I had perfect pitch at about 7 years old, and I didn't want to waste it ALL on the piano so I learnt all those other instruments.

I want to learn to read music >_<

My main instrument is the guitar. Mainly 80-90 metal influence and some new stuff but nothing you would here on a radio. Been playing for 20 years..

    - I got my brother started on bass, today he is one of the most amazing bassist I know. When he started I said this to him. "dont use a pick, learn with out one" That little tid-bit made him excel in many ways. He does not shun a pick, but starting to learn without one created a path to learn a variety of playing styles. Dont limit yourself, start open handed

wow, that's a pretty wide array there, monkey man. although it is said that if you have a good understanding of music theory....you can play just about anything. i just settle on the bass...i did fiddle with the guitar for a while, but i found some of the form and chords near impossible....thick finger syndrom. started out early in life with an intrest in the drums, but being a country hick from the styx....just couldn't get it together. what's your favorite music? rock, blues, and folk are my main favorites.

that's a nice rig you have there, ulaoulao. i've got an old fender 15b amp in my cellar, the speaker is shot, so made up a cab of my own that has two 15" subs in it...i use the amp as a head. I also have a trace elliot boxer 30 upstairs near my computer. i hear a song...download it and a useful set of tabs for it and play around with it. I play both ways, although i drather not use a pick...i think it's a better bass sound. i primarily play the bass, but i do have a guitar...not an expensive one..but good enough to play with...i have kinda thick fingers..3 and 4 note forms are the best i can get on it.

Yep save up for that one, Eddies original 5150, one of the best metal amps.
Two 15's is going to give you a lot of bottom but no bright, suggest one 15, with two 8's above. But hey to each there own, keep playing it...

yea, it does tend to rattle things upstairs when played at higher volume. my son bought those speakers for a deck in his car a few years ago. we had already made a sub deck for another car he owned. they were still new in the box when i asked him what he was going to do with them. actually, i should get a replacement speaker for the amp. i've got the specs for it. it's only a 36 watt amp

I used to play the Trumpet, was very damn good too, but I stopped due to some troubling headaches I used to get.

Now I've forgotten everything I learned
