I Cant Seem To Get The Dolphin Emulator to work. Help Please?

so i can't get get the emulator to work for reasons unknown. but i THInk it has to do with the plugins because for the pad and wiimote the plugins are missing.

i am trying to emulate a gamecube rom
oh and a digimon rumble arena 2 rom

post your system specs and version of Dolphin.

According to Dolphin's compatibility list there are in game issues, like graphic errors and may crash randomly.
