No$GBA won't run?

I'm attempting to get the No$GBA DS Emulator running, on Vista 32bit. For some reason, whenever I open the emulator and after selecting the game (In this case, Pokemon Pearl), it stops responding and has to be closed via Task Manager.

I have the two BIOS, DS7 and DS9. What am I missing? I also had the firmware.bin, again without fixing the issue. Any idea what's going on here?

Try a diffrent emulator.
