Must be poor quality control if you get hit in the side up there and the rotor of all things breaks off

yes he hit me in my wheel and rear quarterpanel. one of the wheel spokes hit the brake caliper and the force broke the part of the rotor off.
i already paid $200 towing. and my deductible is $500 so I'm already looking at a $700 loss.
insurance?
