dolphin problems....

Hey I've been having some problems setting up dolphin on my pc, I have all the components in a folder all where they need to be but when I try to configure my controller it doesn't recognize the padsimple.dll plugin. I tried to load a game just to see if it would run but it came up with a message saying I have to configure the pad simple and it couldn't init. Core configure settings. I have a lot of emulators and have tried everywhere can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks so much in advance I just want to play gamecube games not interested in the wiimote plugins so if that helps at all.

cmon guys, none of you have encountered this problem? the graphics and sound plugins are there but when i go to configure the controller it says that is no plugin, when clearly there is the pad simple and njoy plugins in the plugin folder. I'm not sure what the init core stuff was but if i could at least get the info on fixing the controller it would be greatly appreciated.
