Hello all, I'm a 33 year old guy from Bristol in the UK. Just recently got into the whole emulation thing and am absolutely loving MAME. It's been fantastic to finally get hold of some of those elusive games from my childhood that never made onto home systems (or did make it onto home systems - just not one that I owned!).

well.....ain't that a kwinky-dink! me too. started with the regular nintendo about a month ago and have now started using the super nes emulator. i always knew there was something like this for the computer, but never stumbled onto anything till i found the doperom site.....now i'm hooked! i can now play breath of fire on my pc! my old super nes died and i never had the time to replace it. haven't had too much trouble with them yet. just read up with these fine folks....you'll be allright
