New guy with Sega CD question

I'm more or less new to the whole emulator and roms business and have a question about Sega CD roms. I have a game in the form of an ISO file on my computer that I'd like to burn to a disc and play on my XBOX via Neo Genesis. Is this possible and if so what would I need to do to make this work?

Check your ISO and see if the associated sound files are wave or Mp3. If they are the former then you should be able to burn it to CD and use it as-is. If they are Mp3 you will need to convert them to wave first.
You will also need an associated cue file, if it doesn't already exist with your ISO you can create one using the Sega Cue Maker. There are some handy guides at that URL too.
