Dolphin - Plugin issue

Hello everyone!

I am having a problem with loading gamecube games for dolphin. The error message is as follows:

Error loading Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: Can't read info.

I checked in the "Plugins" folder and the "Plugin_PadSimple.dll" exists. What's causing this?
