Download Daemon Tools, instal it and load the ISO image.
You will be able to use it as if it were a normal CD.

I have one but I don t understand it at all, i cant load anything.

You can load directly an ISO file without using Daemon Tools or Nero Image Drive. Just use ePSXe 1.6.0 (latest version is always better) and click on LOAD ISO.
