PS3 and SNES help!

Hey, so I am not exceptionally good with emulation, I just know that I want to be able to play old SNES and NES games on my PS3 or 360. I searched around and found a bunch of articles, but nothing that actually explains how to do it. I have updated my PS3 firmware each time it prompts me to (and I am on NXE on the 360), I dont know if that is a bad thing or not. Anyhow, I would REALLY like any help I can get! BTW, I do NOT want to have to physically mod my systems at all. Thanks!

Didn't work for me... I found out that Sony disabled AVCHD support on recent firmware updates.
