Are there any good ones available?

I downloaded the NeonDs one and Tales of innocence. It worked. Kinda. But it had no sound. I looked into it and discovered they dont have sound support for this.

I then went and downloaded No$gba and I couldnt get it to run. But I heard some sound. I kept getting some weird message in Japanese and the screen would just sit there.

I guess what trying to say is:

Is there a emulator that can play Tales of innocence?


I'm guessing its ok if I ask this here since it is a emulator forum..but if its not ok let me know. Sorry in advance if its against the rules to ask this.
