you need to set it up on pad1 in controller settings

HAHAHA This is why I got Megapad apart from the fact when I was first getting a PCSX2 emulator I never heard of Lilypad. I was looking for a plugin that allowed me to play without a joypad and found this, lucky me.
The Reason for the different links is cause you might
have reached your limit with one of the host sites.

I don't know if your talking about your Keyboard or Joystick, but if your talking about your Keyboard cause I know Lilypad is like Megapad then I hope this helpful.

Neither of them are any good...

Analog stick left = OK
Analog stick right = OK
Analog stick up = OK
Analog stick down = OK

Analog stick button press = MISSING

The "Analog Stick button press" your talking about is R3 & L3.

Though I'm using Lilypad svn (r4510) 0.10.0 with a keyboard because the GS Plugin, GSdx 4600 (MSVC 15.00, SE22) 0.1.16, won't work with Megapad 2.0.0. Also in the General Tab when configuring Lilypad Plugin Settings, beside Pad 1, Dualshock 2 [Your Controller] you should have 25 Bindings.
