SAVEING PROBLEM ON NO$GBA

ok i have pokemon platinium right and when i play it i got the nation pokedex and i save it and it stoped working i did it again same thing happened i went to youtube and some guy showed me and then its works and the next day boom it stoped working when ever i like save it i close it and i get this

delete the no$gba.ini and try again that file will be replace by other

[toney213]

where is that

[Alexander_13]

in the same folder as no$gba program
